The AAJ Exchange (www.justice.org/exchange)
is a unique online networking tool that offers AAJ plaintiff
members the opportunity to tap into the knowledge, insight,
and experience of their colleagues. The Exchange contains
more than 150,000 documents (including thousands of defense
expert and corporate representative depositions), company
manuals, court documents, name and contact information of
lawyers handling similar matters, AAJ Education speaker papers,
Law Reporter documents, and expert witness information;
as well as other resources. All Exchange content is contributed
by or created in collaboration with AAJ plaintiff members.
Hundreds of new documents are available on the Exchange every
month - all contributed by your colleagues.
The Exchange online resources
are secure and safeguarded. In order to search and view documents
and other Exchange offerings, members must certify that they
are a Regular, Sustaining, Life, or President's Club member
of AAJ, or an employee of such an attorney member. Also,
when requesting Exchange materials, members must certify that
they are doing so on behalf of a plaintiff in a civil action
or on behalf of a defendant in a criminal action.
The AAJ Exchange
consists of the following: depositions, court documents,
CLE Papers, case abstracts, expert information, Research Service,
Litigation Packets, Document Libraries, Similar Matters, Law
Reporter documents, Case Evaluation Kits, and Links of
