AAJ Practice Section & Litigation Group Document Libraries

AAJ's Section Libraries are available to Section and Litigation Group members on AAJ Exchange.

Instructions for Searching, Downloading, and Uploading documents to the Document Libraries follow:

SEARCH Your Section or Litigation Group's Library

  1. Go to the Exchange web site at www.justice.org/exchange. (or the "Member Groups" button off of the AAJ.org home page)

  2. Click on "Section and Litigation Group Document Libraries "

  3. Once logged in, select "Document Libraries" from the left-hand sidebar

  4. At the Document Libraries page, select your Litigation Group or Section group name to search your entire group's library

  5. For a more specific search, enter a search term along with your group's name and select "Search"

  6. You may select "View" to see more details of your document, and then "Preview Document" to view the first 10% of the document; and/or "View Highlighted Search Hits" for a more detailed summary of the entire document

DOWNLOAD Your Section or Litigation Group's Documents

  1. Once you have located the document you need, you may download the document at no charge by selecting "Download Now"

  2. Your document will open in Adobe Acrobat (PDF format) where you may save it to a disk or your computer.

  3. If you do not have a copy of Adobe Acrobat you may get a free copy at www.adobe.com.

SEND Your Documents to Your Section or Litigation Group's Library

  1. Go to the "Send Your Documents" link

  2. Select the name of your group, for example, "Professional Negligence Section"

  3. Type the document name in the space provided

  4. Select the Document Type, i.e., Deposition, Court Document, etc.

  5. Select either Restricted - for your group's members only; or, Non-Restricted - for all Exchange members

  6. Browse for your document to add to your group's library

  7. Select the "Upload" button to submit
