Associate Director of Affinity Programs
AAJ is searching for an Associate Director of Affinity Programs to be responsible for the following:
· Serve as the main contact for current affinity partners that drive non-dues membership revenue. Responsible for review and negotiation of all affinity contracts, for maintaining and implementing the agreement details, ensuring royalty payments are received and processed, and for review to increase revenue from current partners;
· Serve as the lead to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue from affinity programs by identifying, analyzing, and recommending new affinity opportunities;
· Keep abreast of other associations and their proven practices that grow non-dues revenue from affinities. Share gathered information with senior management team.
The following qualifications are required:
· BA/BS in Sales/Marketing or closely related required.
· Minimum of 4 years progressive experience.
· Knowledge of Exhibitions and Marketing/Sales principles and application of business techniques.
· Excellent persuasive communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to transition ideas into action.
· Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
· Non-profit/Association experience a plus.
