In a case brought by a woman who alleged that she developed a severe neurological disorder from taking metoclopramide, the generic version of the brand-name drug Reglan, the appeals court agreed with arguments by the Center for Constitutional Litigation that federal law does not preempt a failure-to-warn claim against a generic drug manufacturer.
