Teen killed when mail hauler runs red light

The family of the 16-year-old girl, who died when the truck collided with her vehicle in an intersection, sued the truck driver and others, alleging failure to slow down in response to a yellow light and heed a red light. Aichs v. Don B. Swisher Trucking Corp.
