Confirmation of your registration, access instructions, and CLE information for this telephone seminar will be sent to you via fax 1 day before the program. Earn up to 1.5 CLE credits--check with your state CLE administrator for rules governing teleseminars.

If I cannot participate on the scheduled date are audio recordings available?
