Message from Thomas D'Amore, Section ChairWelcome! If you are not already a member of our Section, we are the largest Section of AAJ; our membership is extremely diverse. Not only are our members involved in motor vehicle, highway and premises liability, which comprises most of the personal injury cases filed in this country–but our members have expertise in virtually all areas of trial work.
If you practice in the personal injury arena, you should be a member of this Section. If you only practice motor vehicle or premises liability cases occasionally, the “motorliability” list server gives you access to seasoned practitioners who are willing to give you advice or answer questions. This year, we will be offering motor vehicle related education tracks at the AAJ Winter Convention in New Orleans and the Annual Convention in San Diego. In addition, we will offer “Bring Your File Forum Lunch” opportunities at both conventions and a Section reception in San Diego. I look forward to meeting you.
