Nursing home cook, hired with false credentials, sexually assaults resident
The resident, through a guardian, alleged negligent hiring practices, understaffing, and lack of proper supervision at the home. Among other things, the plaintiff claimed that the assailant was provided unfettered access to residents despite having provided false credentials and identification to obtain his job. Schwartz v.
