Methadone clinic settles with family of child killed in auto accident caused by client

The child’s mother and estate alleged that the clinic negligently treated its client, a heroin addict, by failing to monitor his methadone use and discontinue other drugs he was taking that are contraindicated for methadone patients. Lackey v. Roe Clinic.
