It's still possible to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina! In conjunction with AAJ's Winter Convention, AAJ will be participating in Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans. Join other AAJ members and registrants for a one day Habitat for Humanity project in Musicians’ Village. Participants will be busy hammering, sawing, and painting houses in and around the site. |
Women's Caucus Lobby Days 2009 - Phoenix Park Hotel, Washington, DC
We hope that you will join us in Washington, DC May 20-21, 2009 for AAJ's Women Trial Lawyers Caucus Lobby Days. Even with the change of leadership in Congress, it is still vitally important to make sure our representatives in Congress understand the strength of our commitment to protecting the rights of our clients. Please come and tell your Senators and Representatives that tort "reform" is bad for women, bad for children, and bad for their constituents.
Never spoken to your legislator? Never been to Capitol Hill? No problem! AAJ will brief us on legislative issues and set up all of the meetings. They will be on hand to guide us through the program. All you have to do is make your own travel arrangements.
