Terms & Conditions
Reservations
Reservations must be accompanied with a $2,000 per person deposit and a signed registration form. Checks should be made payable to Carrousel Travel American Express. Final payment is due December 7, 2012. A reminder notice will be sent prior to the final payment date.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties. Cancellations received on or prior to December 7, 2012 will be subject to a $2,000 per person penalty. Cancellations received after December 7, 2012 will be subject to a 100% penalty.
Insurance
Carrousel Travel American Express highly recommends travel insurance for your protection. We will provide an insurance application to all tour participants.
