Leadership
The Women's Caucus is led by an Executive Committee, elected by the members of the Women's Caucus during the AAJ Annual Convention. The Executive Committee selects members from each state to serve as State Delegates to the Women's Caucus to represent their states' interests. State Delegates serve one year terms. Committees are established by the Executive Committee to manage the various activities of the Caucus. All members are welcome to join committees and run for office.
