Laurence S. Berman concentrates his practice in admiralty, antitrust, business tort, class action, environmental liability, medical negligence, and products liability.  He is frequently published and speaks on a variety of subjects.  He is a member of AAJ’s Leaders Forum, Acetaminophen Injury Litigation Group, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  Levin, Fishbein, Sedran & Berman is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Sindhu S. Daniel is a partner at Seeger Weiss LLP in Newark, New Jersey, where she concentrates her practice in pharmaceutical drug and medical device mass torts. She is an AAJ Leaders Forum member and has lectured at various national litigation seminars.

William G. Joseph A. Kott, J.D., M.D. is of counsel with Herman, Herman & Katz, LLC.  Dr. Kott received his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law, Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University, and his M.D. from Louisiana State University Medical School.  He concentrates in medical negligence and medical products liability litigation.  Dr. Kott is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Louisiana Association for Justice, AAJ’s Professional Negligence Section, and AAJ’s Leaders Forum.

Frederick S.
