AAJ ADR DATABASE

NADN

AAJ members can now access profiles of 800+ alternative dispute resolution neutrals across the United States. These neutrals
are members of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN), distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field
of civil and commercial conflict resolution, and by their commitment to the practice of alternative dispute resolution. Membership
in NADN is by invitation only and limited to mediators and arbitrators who have proven experience in the field. All Academy
members have been approved by local litigators, thoroughly vetted and found to meet criteria for mediation and/or abitration practice.

AAJ members can “rate” these neutrals, providing recommendations only viewable to fellow AAJ attorneys. AAJ members can
search for the ideal neutral for your own case by State, ADR expertise, Case Experience, Qualifications, Keywords and more.
In addition, most NADN members maintain live Available Dates Calendars online, allowing direct email contact with scheduling
staff for appointments. It's almost "Expedia for Litigators” - save hours of scheduling tag by checking dates online - at no cost.
