Carrie R. Frank has been practicing for over 20 years, primarily in the area of products liability and personal injury.  She is currently a partner with Klein | Frank, P.C. in Boulder where her practice focuses on cases involving defective products including medical devices, drugs and toys and serious auto crashes and other personal injury matters.  Ms. Frank has consistently been recognized as a leading attorney in her field, being voted a Colorado SuperLawyer by her peers since 2009 and also rated as one of the top 3000 attorneys by LawDragon for many years, and has the honor of being in Best Lawyers in America since 2012.   She also achieved the status of Diplomate from the American Association of Justice and has completed AAJ’s Advanced Studies in Trial Advocacy; she is only one of a handful of woman attorneys who has obtained those designations.  Ms. Frank is a past chair of the American Association for Justice Products Liability section and is a Past- President of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.  She also teaches and speaks throughout the country at both national and state programs and has taught AAJ’s The Ultimate trial advocacy course and the Mega College.  She was a member of the National College of Advocacy Board of Trustees, the education arm of AAJ, and has a Master’s degree in social work, which is valuable for her work as a trial consultant and in running focus groups. 

James B. Lees, Jr. is a former cochair of AAJ’s NCA Board of Trustees, a Diplomate of AAJ’s NCA, an AAJ PAC Donor, and a frequent lecturer and teacher of trial tactics throughout the United States.  A former Deputy District Attorney in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mr. Lees has tried more than 200 cases to jury verdict.  Mr. Lees owns and operates Hunt & Lees, L.C. located in Charleston, West Virginia, concentrating in trial litigation.

Jerome F. O’Neill concentrates his practice in litigation on behalf of injured persons and their survivors, commercial litigation, and white collar criminal defense.  He is cochair of AAJ’s NCA Board of Trustees, member of AAJ’s Exchange Advisory Committee, and cochair of AAJ’s Jury Bias Litigation Group.  He is a past president of the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association, is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and is the chair of the Vermont Supreme Court Evidence Rules Committee.  He is a member of AAJ’s Leaders Forum and AAJ’s Products Liability Section.  Mr. O’Neill is a partner in the firm of O’Neill Kellner & Green in Burlington, Vermont.
