Timothy J. Cavanagh is the founder of Cavanagh Law Group in Chicago, Illinois.  His practice concentrates on plaintiff’s personal injury cases, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases.  Mr. Cavanagh has been named a Leading Lawyer by the Leading Lawyers Network, a division of the Law Bulletin Publishing Company, annually since 2003.  He is a member of AAJ’s President’s Club, Bicycle Litigation Group, and Trucking Litigation Group.  In addition, Mr. Cavanagh is a member of AAJ’s Aviation Law Section, Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway, and Premises Liability Section, Products Liability Section, Professional Negligence Section, and Railroad Law Section.

Mark J. Ginsberg is a partner at Berkshire Ginsberg, LLC in Portland, Oregon.  His practice concentrates on personal injury cases.  Mr. Ginsberg is an avid cyclist and contributor to the bicycling community.  He is a member of AAJ’s Bicycle Litigation Group.

Michael S. Keating is the founder of Keating Law Offices located in Chicago, Illinois.  His practice concentrates on personal injury and wrongful death litigation.  He was repeatedly named a “Rising Star” in the annual editions of Illinois Super Lawyers and in Chicago Magazine.  He is an accomplished runner and cyclist and the chair of AAJ’s Bicycle Litigation Group.

Brendan Kevenides is the founder of Freeman Kevenides Law Firm in Chicago, Illinois.  His practice concentrates on personal injury cases.  His passion for the cycling community and the law has permitted him to create his own blog regarding issues surrounding bicycling and the law, titled “The Chicago Bicycle Advocate.”  Mr. Kevenides is well-known in the cycling community; which is why in addition to his own blog, he writes a bike law column, Cycling Legalese.  He is a member of AAJ’s Bicycle Litigation Group.

George E. McLaughlin is a partner at Warhauer-McLauglin Law Group, P.C. in Denver, Colorado.  His practice concentrates on products liability cases.  Mr. McLaughlin is a member of AAJ’s Insurance Law Section, Products Liability Section, Professional Negligence Section, and Section on Toxic, Environmental, and Pharmaceutical Torts (STEP).  In addition, he is member of AAJ’s Leaders Forum, Bicycle Litigation Group, DePuy Metal on Metal Hip Implant Litigation Group, and Wright Hip Litigation Group. 

Thomas D. Penfield concentrates his practice in personal injury, business litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, class actions, civil, and environmental law.  He serves as an adjunct professor of law at the University of San Diego Law School and was awarded the Environmental Lawyer of the Year Award for the Sierra Club’s San Diego Chapter.  Mr. Penfield is with the firm of Casey Gerry Schenk Francavilla Blatt & Penfield, LLC in San Diego, CA and a member of AAJ’s Leaders Forum.
