AAJ Education and the National Association of Consumer Advocates’ Plaintiff Only Consumer Warranty Class Action Litigation Seminar combines networking, courtroom strategies, and legislative updates to help you more successfully litigate your next class-action case.

On June 4, a panel of experienced class action litigators will cover the fundamentals of warranty law, offer strategies for framing your case to survive an MTD, discuss certification of consumer class actions, and provide their insights to help you craft a meaningful settlement.
The seminar also include legislative updates from NACA and AAJ to keep you up to date with the latest happenings on Capitol Hill and how they affect your cases.

Cancellations received in writing by May 25, 2014 will result in a refund less a 10% administrative charge. Cancellations received May 26 - June 2, 2014 will result in a voucher for the entire registration fee, which may be applied toward any AAJ Education college or seminar held within one calendar year of the date of issue.
