All Exchange content is contributed by or created in collaboration with AAJ plaintiff members. Hundreds of new documents are available on the Exchange every month—all contributed by your colleagues.
The Exchange online resources are secure and safeguarded. In order to search and view documents and other Exchange offerings, members must certify that they are a Regular, Sustaining, Life, or President's Club member of AAJ, or an employee of such an attorney member. Also, when requesting Exchange materials, members must certify that they are doing so on behalf of a plaintiff in a civil action or on behalf of a defendant in a criminal action.
Return Policy: A full refund on Litigation Packets and Case Evaluation Kits (excluding shipping) will be issued if the CD-ROM is returned in original condition within seven days of receipt. Original condition requires an intact seal on the CD-ROM container when returned. Opened CD-ROM packages may be returned only if the CD-ROM is defective and only for a replacement CD-ROM.
