AAJ’s Mega College integrates for the first time Overcoming Juror Bias, “Rules of the Road,” the “Reptile,” and Damages in one trial advocacy program. This program—featuring a sneak preview of the Choice Theory—will pull together all these powerful tools so that you can more effectively evaluate, plan, and try your cases to recover full damages for your clients.
The experienced trial lawyer faculty will immerse you in each topic and work one-on-one with you to apply what you have learned in small workshops. This program is about substance over style—and will become a critical part of every trial lawyer’s toolbox.
This program is exclusively for AAJ Regular, Sustaining, Life, Leaders Forum, and President’s Club Members only.

Please note that all cancellations for our programs must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received in writing by April 9, 2010 will result in a refund less a 10% administrative charge. Cancellations received April 10-15, 2010 will result in a voucher for the entire registration fee which may be applied toward any AAJ Education college or seminar held within one calendar year of the date of issue.
