W. Harold Flowers, Jr. for more than 20 years has concentrated his practice in the areas of personal injury and criminal defense.  He is a past president of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, a member of AAJ’s Exchange Advisory Committee, and a former member of AAJ’s NCA Board of Trustees.  Mr. Flowers is a partner in the law firm of Hurth, Yeager, Sisk & Blakemore, L.L.P in Boulder, Colorado.

G. Courtney French concentrates his practice in nursing home, medical negligence, products liability, motor vehicle, and wrongful death litigation.  Mr. French is a member of AAJ’s Exchange Advisory Committee and the Board of Governors of AAJ’s New Lawyers Division.  He is also the Vice President of the Alabama Association for Justice.  Mr. French is a partner in the law firm of Fuston, Petway & French, in Birmingham, Alabama.

Erik S. Heninger concentrates his practice in professional negligence, medical malpractice, products liability and personal injury.  He is a member of Birmingham Bar Association, Young Lawyers Executive Committee, the American and Alabama State Bar Associations, and the American Association for Justice.  Mr. Heninger is the author of “A brief Analysis of Nonverbal Communication in the Courtroom,” Alabama Trial Lawyers Journal, Winter, 2005.  His is with the firm Heninger Garrison Davis, L.L.C., in Birmingham, Alabama.

William L. Keating concentrates his practice in complex personal injury/wrongful death litigation, including products liability, fire/explosions, trucking/auto collisions, automotive defects, construction accidents, insurance bad faith and catastrophic injuries.  He has been elected to membership in The American College of Trial Lawyers, The International Society of Barristers, The American Board of Trial Advocates, The International Academy of Trial Lawyers and The Academy of Catastrophic Injury Attorneys.  He is a past president of the Colorado Lawyers Association.  Mr. Keating is a partner with the law firm of Fogel, Keating, Wagner, Polidori, Shafner, Struthers & Heron, P.C., in Denver, Colorado.

Thomas S. McGrath represents homeowners and commercial property owners against building contractors, pest control operators, architects, and real estate agents regarding construction defects, termite damage, pesticide exposure, toxic mold and real estate fraud.  He is a frequent lecturer on these subjects and a Diplomate of AAJ’s NCA.  Mr. McGrath is admitted to practice in Colorado, Illinois, and Alabama.  The McGrath Law office is located in Huntsville, Alabama.

Stacey D. Mullins’s primary areas of practice include personal injury and wrongful death, criminal defense, employment-related litigation, domestic litigation, and business dispute litigation.  Ms. Mullins is a member of the Board of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers (AFTL) and a member of the AFTL Women’s Caucus Board.  She is a state liaison to the Women’s Caucus of AAJ and practices with the firm of Lavalle Brown Ronan & Mullins, in Boca Raton, Florida.

Karen R. Roberts, Course Advisor, concentrates her practice on personal injury and products liability litigation.  Ms. Roberts worked as a broadcast journalist for several years before receiving her J.D.  She is a current Vice President of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, immediate past-chair of the TTLA Board of Advocates and a member of AAJ’s NCA Board of Trustees.  She practices with the Roberts Law Office in Tyler, Texas.

Carl L. Solomon concentrates his practice in products liability and medical malpractice litigation.  He is a member of the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.  He is with the firm of Gergel, Nickles & Solomon, PA, in Columbia, South Carolina.
