Mary Dryovage for the past 29 years has represented federal sector unions and individuals in whistleblower, employment discrimination and labor disputes. She is the chair of AAJ’s Section Leaders Council and former chair of the Employment Rights Section. Ms. Dryovage is actively involved in bar associations concerned about the enforcement and enactment of employment rights laws. She is a member of the AFL-CIO LLC (Lawyers Coordinating Committee), the California Employment Lawyers Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of California Labor and Employment Law Section. Ms. Dryovage is listed in Northern California Super Lawyers 2007 and 2008 for plaintiff’s employment law and has achieved the highest, or AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. The Law Office of Mary Dryovage is located in San Francisco, California.
Kathryn Piscitelli represents plaintiffs in employment law litigation and unions in labor law matters. Ms. Piscitelli is a member of the AAJ Employment Rights Section and is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Labor and Employment Law. She served as chair of the National Employment Lawyers Association, USERRA Task Force. Ms. Piscitelli is co-author of the USERRA Manual and Job Rights of Employees Who Serve in the Military. She frequently lectures and writes about USERRA issues and has advised members of Congress on USERRA improvement issues. Ms. Piscitelli is with the firm Egan, Lev & Siwica, PA, in Orlando, Florida.
Edward Still has represented teachers and educational support workers in a variety of cases involving enforcement of contractual and statutory rights, as well as representing other workers in the protection of their constitutional and civil rights. Mr. Still is a member of the AAJ Employment Rights Section, Executive Committee, the National Employment Lawyers Association, USERRA Task Force, the American Bar Association, and Birmingham Bar Association. He is the co-author, with Kathryn Piscitelli, of the USERRA Manual, currently teaches The Law of Politics and Constitutional Law at the Birmingham School of Law. The Edward Still Law Firm, LLC is located in Birmingham, Alabama.
