Program Highlights

  • Top Ten Tips for Trying Your New Case
  • Negligent Prenatal Care
  • Demonstrative Evidence
  • Defeating the Defense of the ACOG Bulletins
  • Jury Bias in Birth Trauma Cases

About The Program

A newborn suffers severe birth injuries. Could these injuries have been prevented? Did the injuries stem from medical negligence? What do you need to know to successfully handle a catastrophically injured infant case?

Trial lawyers, prominent physicians, and medical professionals will give you an in-depth understanding of the medical issues involved and a practical approach to proving negligence and obtaining damages. You will learn how to develop a theme for your birth trauma cases and innovative ways to overcome defense arguments. Equally as important, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and network with others in your field.

Medical knowledge and standards of care change rapidly. Timely new topics in this year's agenda will ensure that your practice remains on the cutting edge.
