Six officers lead the American Association for Justice: President, President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Parliamentarian. The officers are elected annually at the Association’s summer convention. In addition to the officers, the association is guided by members of the Board of Governors, who are generally elected from state jurisdictions, and members who volunteer to chair governing committees and member groups defined by practice area.
Senior staff for the association include the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, and the General Counsel.
