Betsy K. Greene
Betsy K. Greene focuses her practice on representing those injured or killed by negligence. Ms. Greene has written for and spoken at several Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum seminars. Ms. Greene is also Past President of the Indiana American Board of Trial Advocates, Indiana Chapter (2005), and past president of the Monroe County Bar Association (2005). Ms. Greene has been inducted into the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association' College of Fellows and is an Emeritus Director of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Board of Directors. Ms. Greene is “AV-rated” by Martindale-Hubbell and has been repeatedly selected as an Indiana Super Lawyer by Law and Politics Magazine. In March 2017, Ms. Greene was appointed to the Board of Visitors of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Ms. Greene is a member of the American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) Women Trial Lawyers Caucus (WTLC); Voter Protection Committee; AAJ PAC Board of Trustees; PAC Task Force. She is also a member of AAJ’s Board of Governors and vice chair of the Public Education Committee. Ms. Greene generously donates to AAJ PAC. Greene & Schultz, an AAJ Leaders Forum members, has offices in Bloomington and Indianapolis, Indiana.
John (Jack) H. Hickey
John (Jack) H. Hickey specializes in representing people who have been severely injured or the families of people who have been killed as a result of the negligence of others including cruise ship accidents, car and truck accidents, products liability, negligent security, premises liability, and other accidents. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Florida Justice Association (FJA) and a State Delegate of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Mr. Hickey is the past chair of AAJ’s Admiralty Section and the Secretary of the Motor Vehicle, Highway Safety, and Premises Liability Section. He is also a member of the Employment Rights Section; Products Liability Section; Professional Negligence Section; Public Education Committee; and the AAJ PAC Board of Trustees. Mr. Hickey has been chosen by other lawyers as a: "DCBA Legal Luminary in Admiralty" (2016); “Top Lawyer in South Florida” in the areas of personal injury and maritime in the South Florida Legal Guide (2004- Present); “Legal Elite” in Florida Trend Magazine(2006-Present); and Superlawyer in the area of personal injury in Superlawyers.com (2006 -Present). Kenneth H. Levinson
Kenneth H. Levinson is a passionate advocate for accident survivors and child safety. For more than 20 years, he has dedicated his practice to helping disenfranchised clients against corporate giants with unlimited resources. Mr. Levinson was named by Illinois Superlawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in Illinois for 2010–2016; and made the list of the Illinois Super Lawyers Top 100 Lawyers. Mr. Levinson was appointed chair of the Education Committee of the American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) Interstate Trucking Litigation Group. He was also elected vice chair of AAJ’s Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway, and Premises Liability Section and is a member of the Sole Practitioner and Small Firm Section. He is the author of the latest edition of Litigating Major Automobile Injury and Death Cases, published by AAJ Press/Thomson Reuters, and he generously donates to AAJ PAC.
