Advanced 30(b)(6) Seminar | The American Association For Justice

Advanced 30(b)(6) Seminar

November 7, 2018 to November 8, 2018
Program Information:

AAJ Headquarters | Washington, DC

Sponsored by Lisa Blue and Williams Kherkher

About the Seminar:

People often think Rule 30(b)(6) regarding depositions is only relevant in large federal cases, major corporate litigation, or mass tort cases. That’s a big mistake. A 30(b)(6) deposition is a tool that can enable you to efficiently gather information about a corporation’s systems, policies, or practices. On November 7-8, 2018, AAJ Education is delving deep into the rule at the Advanced 30(b)(6) Seminar.

Our faculty will go beyond the basics of the 30(b)(6) deposition and will break down this rule to elucidate and apply its components to real-world case examples for premises liability, nursing home abuse and neglect, truck crashes, medical negligence, bad faith, products liability, and more. You will learn how to simplify e-discovery, by learning the systems before you make your request. By understanding this rule and how it can be used in your practice, you will learn how to establish the foundational questions necessary to build a record to successfully compel production of relevant information.

Registration Fees:

$895 for AAJ Members on or before October 5
$995 for AAJ Members after October 5
