About the Seminar:
At AAJ, we only allow Plaintiff attorneys in our Hot Topics in Mass Tort Litigation seminars. Without defense attorneys present, our esteemed faculty members can openly discuss trial strategy, techniques, and how to defeat common defenses. Leave with the latest case strategies, and be prepared for the March Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) hearing, plus take advantage of our networking opportunities.
