Think Tank Webinar Series: The Neuroscience of Social Decision-Making featuring Robyn Wishart
Sponsored by Burford Capital
About the Webinar:
The neuroscience of social decision-making lets us, as lawyers, explore and elicit what people really think and want to tell us. This webinar will introduce you to the concept of clean language and metaphors. Explore how both can be implemented to improve your listening skills and in turn, improve your depositions and direct and cross-examinations.
