The Nursing Home Litigation Group is cosponsoring an education program Establishing Nursing Home Corporate Negligence Using Cost Reports and Other Financial Documents.
The program will begin Friday morning and end Saturday at noon and includes three hours of lecture on Corporate Liability, Cost Reports, Budgets and Non Profit Corporations. In addition to the lectures, there will be 6 hours of small group workshops on how to use cost reports, budgets. and other financial information to establish corporate liability.
This program is exclusively for AAJ Regular, Sustaining, Life, Leaders Forum, and President’s Club Members Only and is limited to 48 participants.

A limited number of rooms are being held at the Hotel Monaco for program registrants until May 13, 2010. AAJ has a special group rate of $249 single/double room, plus 14.5% tax. If for unforeseen reasons this program is cancelled, AAJ cannot be financially responsible for airline tickets, and room rates cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that all cancellations for our programs must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received in writing by May 27, 2010 will result in a refund less a 10% administrative charge. Cancellations received May 28-June 3, 2010 will result in a voucher for the entire registration fee which may be applied toward any AAJ Education college or seminar held within one calendar year of the date of issue.
