Rider thrown from defective bicycle suffers wrist, shoulder injuries
The plaintiffs alleged that the bike’s front fender bracket had fractured during use, either because it was not constructed of a thick enough piece of metal or because it had been weakened from bending and stresses during the manufacturing process.
