With over 40 years of litigation preparation experience, Katherine James joins AAJ Education for a two day workshop where you will learn to develop the best witnesses for your case, skills only acquired through hands-on training. During this program structure your witness prep by addressing the concerns of each witness or expert and tailor your approach to their specific learning styles, whether visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. Build trust and an efficient training process through listening and communication with one or several witnesses. Whether preparing witnesses for deposition, mediation, arbitration, or trial, the communication tools taught in this program will have an immediate impact on your interactions with clients and experts.
