Presented with Mass Torts Made Perfect
Join the American Association for Justice in New Orleans for a Plaintiff-Only Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation Update Seminar on January 29 with litigation group business meetings and a networking reception on January 28.
The Latest on Lipitor
Experienced trial lawyer faculty will present during the full-day seminar on January 29, the day prior to the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) Hearing, offering updates and analysis on Lipitor litigation and other pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Lipitor—Pfizer's commonly prescribed statin for treatment of high cholesterol—has been linked to an increased risk of Type-2 diabetes in post-menopausal women. Faculty will provide a scientific background on the drug, recent studies and regulatory action, and updates on the current status of litigation.
The program opens on January 28 with a networking reception to connect you with colleagues from across the country. Share tips and tactics, network with seminar faculty, and expand your referral base in a plaintiff-only setting.
Litigation Group Business Meetings
Several AAJ Litigation Groups will hold business meetings on the afternoon of December 3, including AAJ's Lipitor Litigation Group and Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant Litigation Group. Visit the agenda to learn more.
This seminar is open exclusively to American Association for Justice Plaintiff Members, ensuring that content is designed strictly for trial lawyers representing plaintiffs in mass tort cases.
AAJ Education’s Plaintiff-Only Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation Update Seminar is an absolute must-attend for mass tort litigators. The faculty are leaders in the practice area, and will prepare even the most experienced litigator for the JPML hearings the following day. Add to that the networking reception and the plaintiff-only focus, and you have a can’t-miss program.
