W. Harold “Sonny” Flowers, Jr. concentrates his practice in personal injury, professional malpractice, criminal defense, and commercial litigation. Lance M. Sears is a past president of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and former member of the American Association for Justice’s Board of Governors. He served as the Deputy District Attorney in El Paso County (Colorado Springs) from 1975 to 1979. In 1992, he was appointed by the judges of the Federal Court in Colorado to the Federal Court Advisory Committee, and was elected as President of the Faculty of Federal Advocates for the Federal District Court of Colorado in 2002.
