Registration Information

Attending the AAJ 2026 Winter Convention in San Diego, February 21–24, is an investment in your practice and professional growth. We offer a variety of registration options designed to meet the needs of attorneys, paralegals, legal administrators, state TLA leaders, law students, and judges.

Early registration provides the best value, so we encourage you to take advantage of discounted Early Bird rates on or before October 17. Rates then increase at the Advance deadline on December 12, and again at the Full Rate leading up to the convention.

Packages are flexible to match your schedule and interests, whether you’re joining for the full convention, focusing on educational programming only, or attending select days. Special pricing is available for new attorneys, students, and judges.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAJ. Please note the following refund schedule:

• By December 5, 2025: Refunds will be issued minus a 10% cancellation fee.

• December 6, 2025 – January 9, 2026: Refunds will be issued minus a 50% cancellation fee.

• After January 9, 2026: Requests for refunds will not be honored.

Cancellations must be sent to conventioncancellation@justice.org no later than the date specified above. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after the date specified in the registration confirmation. After this date, AAJ has guaranteed attendance participation with event partners and venues. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Non-receipt of a confirmation registration before the event does not justify seeking a refund. Substitutions for the same event are honored at any time for confirmed, paid registrants with requests sent to conventioncancellation@justice.org.

Spouse/Guest Registration Policy

Guest registration is available for full conference attendees. Full conference attendees may register a guest; guests may not register independently. A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend, or adult child who is not attending for business or educational purposes. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the guest registration. Guest registration includes attendance at all event receptions.
