Medical negligence occurring during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and in the neonatal time frame, can result in severe injuries to fetuses and infants, including severe permanent neurological injuries or death. The group focuses on current medical and legal information to assist members in investigating and pursuing birth trauma litigation claims.
