Gun Violence Litigation Group

Gun violence and mass shootings are a national epidemic and public health issue. The Gun Violence Litigation Group assists attorneys litigating cases against responsible parties, including gun manufacturers, gun sellers, federal, state, and local governmental entities. Group members share information and strategies and work with AAJ and their local and national legislators to enact laws that decrease gun and allow wrongdoers to be held accountable for the violence they cause.

Group History

The Gun Violence Litigation Group was formed at the 2022 AAJ Fall Board of Governors meeting. Members have access to a Document library and list server. The Group meets at AAJ Annual and Winter conventions and plans to host programs and meetings throughout the year.

Dues: $150 per member annually
