Public Client

The Public Client Litigation Group assists members representing public and governmental entities (Cities, Counties, Municipalities, States, Tribes, etc.) instead of induvial clients in affirmative litigation against tortfeasors. The group develops best practices, assists members with similar litigation, and help plaintiff attorneys understand how to represent public clients without impairing the claims or rights of other litigants.

Group History

The Public Client Litigation Group was formed at the 2021 AAJ Spring Board of Governors Meeting. Members will have access to the Public Client Litigation Group Document Library and the Litigation Group list server. Education programs and meetings will be held throughout the year. The group meets at AAJ Annual and Winter conventions.

Dues: $150/member annually
