Welcome to the Products Liability Section. We encourage you to join our Section, which is the largest—and one of the most active—
Sections in AAJ. We invite and welcome your active participation.
The Products Liability Section published a quarterly newsletter, and we are always looking for authors on any aspect of products litigation. If you would like to publish with us, please submit your manuscript of 3,000 words or less, directly to me or our newsletter editor, Brian Panish. Whether you have a litigation tip, insight on a defective product, or legislative news or commentary, we encourage you to submit your article for publication.
The Products Liability Section will present a full day of CLE at the AAJ Annual Convention in Vancouver, Canada, from July 10 to 14, 2010. This year, we have a tremendous slate of speakers, including nationally recognized speakers on damages, trial tactics, and product liability. We will also have a Section meeting at the convention where attendees may “round table” their cases and network with other product litigators.
We hope you will become an active member of the Products Liability Section and take advantage of the many resources available for our members, including our list server and Document Library.
