Presented with
Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway and Premises Liability Section

AAJ Education’s Bus and Van Collision Cases Webinar will explore the differences between bus, school bus, motor coach, and other collision cases. Variations include equipment, training and log requirements, driver certifications, and more. During this webinar you’ll learn why it’s important to have a tailored approach to these cases that differs from auto or trucking cases.  With most buses larger in size and weight than SUVs, motorcycles, pickup trucks, and other motor vehicles, the impact of a collisions with these carriers often results in catastrophic and life-altering injuries to pedestrians, bus passengers, car occupants, and motorcyclists. The faculty will also highlight why bus and motor coaches carriers want confidential discovery and secret settlements which exposes the travelling public to serious injury and death daily.
