Turner W. Branch served in the United State Marine Corps where he was promoted to First Lieutenant. He is a member of the State Bars of New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas, AAJ, and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia. Mr. Branch was elected a fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America. Peter J. Brodhead is a partner in the firm of Spangenberg Shibley & Liber, LLP in Cleveland, Ohio where he concentrates his practice in traumatic injury as well as injuries from harmful chemicals, unsafe pharmaceutical products, and medical devices. He is the author of “Ten Myths and Facts About Defective Drug Injury Claims: What Every Consumer Needs to Know.” Mr. Brodhead has served variously as trial counsel, plaintiffs' liaison counsel, class counsel, science and other committee chairs in a number of multidistrict litigation cases. He is a fellow in both the International Society of Barristers and Litigation Counsel of America, past president of the Ohio Association for Justice, and listed in Best Lawyers in America (2008-2012). Mr. Brodhead is a member of AAJ’s Section on Toxic, Environmental, and Pharmaceutical Torts and AAJ’s Leaders Forum.
Martin D. Crump concentrates his practice in nursing home negligence, employment and labor, civil rights, medical negligence, defective medical device, and pharmaceutical litigation. Mr. Crump was a surveyor technician with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers and served in the U. S. Army and U. S. Army Reserve for eight years, including Operation Desert Shield/Storm. His memberships include the Mississippi Bar Association, the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association, and the Harrison County Bar Association. He is cochair of AAJ’s Pelvic Mesh/Vaginal Mesh Litigation Group and the Darvocet Litigation Group and a member of AAJ’s Leaders Forum. Mr. Crump served on the plaintiff’s steering committees in the Hydroxycut, Chantix, and Avaulta Pelvic Support Systems product liability ligitation. Audra Davie joined the Branch Law Firm in its Albuquerque, New Mexico office in 2012 and concentrates her practice in mass torts, pharmaceutical litigation, medical negligence, and nursing home abuse cases. Ms. Davie graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2006 and the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2009. During law school, she was an intern for the Office of General Counsel at Arizone State University. Ms. Davie is a member of AAJ’s Leaders Forum.
Stuart Lee Goldenberg founded GoldenbergLaw in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he concentrates his practice principally on products liability law. He has been elected to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been rated in Super Lawyer and Law & Politics. Mr. Goldenberg is also a state and national civil trial specialist. He is an AAJ Leaders Forum member and cochair of AAJ’s Medtronic InFUSE Litigation Group. He serves on the board of directors for the Minnesota Association for Justice and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
