Anne Andrews concentrates her practice in pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, and medical device litigation, including Vioxx, Yaz/Yasmin, Zimmer Hip Implant, Depuy Hip Implant and Stryker Hip Implant. She is a cochair of AAJ’s Hydroxycut Litigation Group and AAJ’s Fungal Meningitis Litigation Group.  Andrews & Thornton is located in Irvine, California.

Kimberly A. Dougherty concentrates her practice in complex pharmaceutical and device mass tort, personal injury, and medical negligence litigation.   She is a member of AAJ’s Section on Toxic, Environmental, and Pharmaceutical Torts, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA), and the Women’s Bar Association (WBA) of Massachusetts.  She serves on the board of governors of MATA and cochairs MATA’s women’s caucus.  She is listed in Super Lawyers.  Ms. Dougherty works out of the Boston, Massachusetts office of Janet, Jenner & Suggs, LLC.

Gale D. Pearson concentrates her practice in medical device and pharmaceutical litigation.  She represents plaintiffs against the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, environmental polluters, and fraudulent corporate practices.  She has served on science committees for several MDL litigations, is a nationally certified clinical laboratory scientist, and was previously a certified real property appraiser.  Ms. Pearson was recognized by the United States Supreme Court Justice Breyer for “Outstanding Pro-Bono Service” in representing victims in the September 11th Compensation Fund and by the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association as an “Outstanding Trial Lawyer.”  Ms. Pearson frequently travels throughout the country as a speaker on scientific issues related to pharmaceutical products and complex interstate civil procedure challenges.  She is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Minnesota Association of Justice, American Bar Association, Minnesota Women Trial Lawyers Association, and Hennepin County Bar Association.  Ms. Pearson is a senior partner with the law firm of Pearson, Randall & Schumacher, P.A. in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Steven D. Resnick is an associate with Golomb & Honik, PC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Resnick was an associate at Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP, where he concentrated in both class action securities fraud litigation and mass tort litigation.  He has also concentrated on medical negligence, products liability, and premises liability claims.  Mr. Resnick is a member of AAJ, chair of AAJ’s Fungal Meningitis Litigation Group, and has been named in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.  He received his JD from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law where he received the CALI Award for highest grade point average in Immigration Law.

Melvin B. Wright concentrates his practice in personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle and trucking collision, premises liability, medical negligence, nursing home, insurance, products liability, and contract and business litigation. Mr. Wright is certified as a civil trial specialist by the Florida Bar, Board of Legal Specialization and Education, the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and the National Board of Legal Specialization and Certification.  He is listed in Super Lawyers, and as one of Florida’s Legal Elite, is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and is an Advocate of AAJ’s National College of Advocacy (NCA).  Colling Gilbert Wright & Carter, LLC has office in Ocala and Gainsville, Florida
