Lesley Ann Clement is a Sacramento, California based trial lawyer with Clement & Associates. Ms. Clement devotes her practice to representing abused elderly and dependent adults. Her cases have been highlighted in TIME Magazine, The National Law Journal, People Magazine, and national television. In her 17-year career prosecuting elder abuse cases, she has never lost a case.
Amy Gallaher Hall, a visual strategist based in Napa, has been working with lawyers across the country for over seven years to create compelling demonstrative exhibits for litigation. Through her work with trial strategist Rodney Jew, Hall has created thousands of demonstrative exhibits for over 125 cases. Ms. Hall’s interests led her into making an impact in a number of fields, from helping research a textbook on cognitive science and developing university-level design curricula to being an international game design and marketing consultant for the gambling industry, where she deepened her understanding of emotions, motivations and decision making. Hall has designed visual strategies for every kind of case, from personal injury, trucking, medical negligence and construction, to intellectual property, products liability, business and class action cases, with the firm conviction that good design and visual communication are essential to every case.
Rodney Jew is a litigation strategist based in Napa. Over the course of 25 years, he has worked on more than 200 cases nationally and internationally, continually refining his unique Reverse Planning system. Rodney counts among his client successes 47 state records for the highest settlement or verdict in that state or region. His experience spans the range of complex litigation, including multiple defendant and multiple plaintiff cases as well as individual and class action cases around the world. Rodney’s trial successes include some of history’s largest cases.
Robert W. Johnson is a Los Altos, California-based forensic economist with 30 years experience as a court-qualified economic expert and financial analyst. He has developed a unique approach to calculating and framing full-life-expectancy life-care plan damages, and specializes in quantifying difficult economic, non-economic, and punitive damages.
Edward “Kip” D. Robertson is a partner with Kansas City, Missouri-based Bartimus, Frickleton, Robertson & Gorny, P.C, where his practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in complex litigation. Kip partners with businesses facing difficult legal issues, people whose lives are tragically altered by the carelessness of others, and fellow attorneys in search of original solutions to complex legal problems.
Thomas W. Sheridan is a trial lawyer with Philadelphia-based Sheridan & Murray, LLC. He fights for the rights of workers, patients, and consumers who have been injured or killed. He has appeared as a legal expert on many national television programs, including the O’Reilly Factor, Top Ten Countdown with Keith Olbermann, and CNN Morning News.
Charles J. Zauzig, III, is a trial lawyer with Woodbridge, Virginia-based Nichols Zauzig Sandler, P.C. He concentrates his practice on personal injury, medical negligence, and products liability. When Chuck is not representing families in catastrophic injury cases, he is an avid student and teacher of critical thinking as it applies to the strategies of case development and communication to juries.
