The right opening statement is your best possible mediation tool. It provides the ultimate planning tool and guide for crafting your case and keeps you on track from voir dire through closing. At AAJ Education's Trial Advocacy College: Damages with David Ball, Ph.D., you'll learn how to develop the right kind of opening statement under the guidance of David Ball and a carefully chosen faculty of trial lawyers and consultants.
Get hands-on instruction in interactive workshops and learn how to incorporate three important trial techniques into a single powerful opening: Rules of the Road (based on Rules of the Road by Pat Malone and Rick Friedman), a hint of the Reptile as taught by one of its founders, and the David Ball on Damages techniques based on David Ball on Damages 3 (included in your registration!).
