Settlement on behalf of retired pipefitter
January 5, 2022Pipefitter Christopher Baker was allegedly exposed to asbestos from Durabla Manufacturing Co. gaskets and from his work with inverted bucket steam traps from 1965 to 1989. Now 74, he has been diagnosed as having lung cancer.
Suit against undisclosed defendants resulted in a $1.25 million settlement.
