Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAJ. Please note the following refund schedule:

By May 8, 2026: Refunds will be issued minus a 10% cancellation fee.

May 9 – June 12, 2026: Refunds will be issued minus a 50% cancellation fee.

After June 12, 2026: Requests for refunds will not be honored or transferable to future conventions.
Substitutions & Refunds

Substitutions:You may substitute your registration with another AAJ member in your firm. Substitutions for the same event are honored at any time for confirmed, paid registrants, provided requests are submitted in writing.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be emailed no later than the dates outlined in the cancellation policy above. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received after the deadlines specified in your registration confirmation.

After this date, AAJ has guaranteed attendance participation with event partners and venues.

Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

Non-receipt of a registration confirmation before the event does not justify seeking a refund

Spouse/Guest Registration Policy
Guest registration is available for full conference attendees. Full conference attendees may register a guest; guests may not register independently. A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend, or adult child who is not attending for business or educational purposes. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the guest registration. Guest registration includes attendance at all event receptions.
