The AAJ Wright Hip Litigation Group regularly provides members with federal and state updates on the litigation. This group provides the information and resources necessary to file Wright hip implant cases and to participate in litigation in either the Wright MDL or the California JCCP. Members have access to all the documents filed in the MDL and JCCP, such as sample complaints, case management orders, depositions, and discovery requests. The Wright Hip Litigation Group member benefits include a group document Library, list server, and education programs.
- Meetings: The group meets at AAJ Annual and Winter conventions.
- Membership: The group is limited to AAJ Regular, Life, Sustaining, Leader Forum, and President’s Club member only.
- Annual Dues: $100/attorney, $50/additional attorney ($200 max)
