For those with a hotel room looking to cancel, please email Katherine Powers prior to cancelling, as the hotel has a strict cancellation policy, and we might have another member interested in your room.
Note the hotel deposit/cancellation policies:
1st night non-refundable deposit due at booking.
2nd night non-refundable deposit due 60 days prior to arrival.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
A no show is charged the full amount of the stay.
