Settlement for wipes user’s cyst

Doe, a minor, developed a cyst after using wipes manufactured by Kimberly-Clark Corp.

Doe sued Kimberly-Clark Corp. in state court, alleging common law and products liability claims. The defense removed the case to federal court, and the parties filed under seal a proposed settlement of their claims.

The parties settled for a confidential amount.
