Wrongful death of resident
May/Jun 2023While a resident of the Buckingham Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Walter Dendall developed pressure sores, UTIs, pneumonia, enterocolitis, C. difficile, renal failure, and septic shock, which led to his death.
His estate sued the home, alleging negligence, wrongful death, and survival claims.
The parties settled for $200,000.
