Improper lane change
August 22, 2024Francisco Javier Garcia was traveling in the far right lane of a roadway when Derrick Mills changed lanes from the middle lane, colliding with Garcia’s vehicle and injuring him.
Garcia sued Mills, and the court granted summary judgment to the plaintiff on liability.
The jury awarded $1.9 million.
