Issues: Whether a Verizon Wireless arbitration agreement containing a mass arbitration provision, which requires that only 10 cases may be arbitrated at one time and prohibits firms from representing more than 25 claimants is procedurally and/or substantively unconscionable and therefore unenforceable under the Federal Arbitration Act.
